Deposit & Payment: A 50% deposit is due upon booking to secure your date; remaining balance will automatically charge 2 days prior the event.
Cancellation: We do not offer refunds. Free re-scheduling if the weather forecast is severe. Furthermore, if you need to reschedule after payment has been made, we will provide a credit, of all fees collected, to use towards a rescheduled picnic/event within a 30-day period.
Guest count changes: Let us know at least 2 days in advance if you need to adjust the number of guests.
Damage & clean up: You’re responsible for all items provided during the picnic. Therefore damage, theft, or loss of any inventory during the event must be covered at full retail price. In addition, a replacement cost will be assessed and charged to the client on the credit card used for the deposit. However, normal wear and tear will not be charged. In conclusion, the client is responsible to stay with the inventory until G&G luxury picnics and events returns to clean up.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I pay?
You can book directly online to pay; to secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. This deposit will hold your event date. The remaining balance will be automatically charged 2 days before the event.
Do we provide alcohol?
We do not provide alcohol; however, we do offer a mimosa cart (as an add-on), and you can BYOB. Additionally ice bucket, champagne glasses, sparkling water and carafes wt. lids filled with juice will be provided.
Travel fee? Late fee?
No fee for Austin and surrounding areas. Outside areas there will be a travel fee. However, if you are late to your picnic, we do not extend the picnic time (client would need to pay additional time). In addition, if you are 30 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel and not issue a refund.
