RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Upon submitting a booking request and making a payment of your picnic, or for any event, you and your party agrees that G&G Luxury Picnics and Events cannot be held liable for any injury, illness, death, and/or damage to or loss of property resulting from you, or your party’s involvement in our events or services.
You hereby acknowledge that you and your party’s use of our services involve inherent risks of physical injury, illness, death, and/or damage to or loss of property, that you and your party’s participation is entirely voluntary, and that you and your party elect to assume all such risk and use of the services provided by G&G Luxury Picnics and Events and engage in associated activities with full knowledge of inherent risks.
You and your party, along with your perspective heirs, administrators, personal representatives, executors, successors, and assigns agree to waive any right to bring legal action against G&G Luxury Picnics and Events for personal injury, illness, death, and/or personal property damage/loss sustained while engaging in our events or using our services.
If you or your party should require medical attention while using our services or participating in one of our events you and your party also agrees to be fully financially responsible for the costs of that treatment. upon submitting a booking request and making a payment, you are agreeing that you have carefully read and fully understand all the provisions of this Term of Use and are freely, knowingly, and voluntarily entering into this Release of Liability.
Please abide by the city laws on alcohol/drug use. You and your party acknowledge that G&G Luxury Picnic and Events is not liable for fines or charges made to you or your party of kind or reason. You must be 18 or older to book our services. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the (frequently asked questions) page including the cancelation, rescheduling, and damage deposit policy.
